The delivery server IP address is pushed to the machine from the scan router software. If it needs to be updated, you will have to remove and readd the I/O device within the scan router administration utility. If you do not use scan router you can set delivery option to off, and it will eliminate the error message.

press the yellow clear key, press 1 07, then hold the "Stop" key for 10 second, LCD screen change, enter in to copier SP, under tab 5 scrool the page till you see delivery server.

You are using web image monitor right? (Type the IP address into the top portion of a web browser. and sighn in as an administrator Name is admin no password.) Also make sure that you are not using DHCP, as this is assighned by it. -Carl
You can change this particular setting by logging on to the machines web interface page. And clicking Login in the top left hand corner.
Username: Admin
Password: (blank)
Then if you look through the left menus you will find a link called Configuration.

Type the machine ip adress on the adress bar of the machine and hit enter.
Then the machine webpage will appear
1. Click the Network Settings link, login asadmin, username is admin and password is also admin and click the Services Settings link.
2. Use the SMTP server IP addresses in the Primary andSecondary Server fields rather than the server names.
3. Verify if the mail server is using the default SMTP portof 25. If it is not, then change the Port Number to match the server. Port 587is a commonly used port if authentication is required.
4. The Reply Email Address must be a valid local emailaddress for some mail servers or messages will be discarded. If using a Reply Email Address like: [email protected] [email protected] confirm that the email address actually exists.
5. If the server is running SSL (GMail uses SSL) for bettersecurity, check the box next to Enable SSL. Click here for instructions on how to setup scan to GMail.
6. Leave the User Name and Password blank temporarily andperform the Connection Test. A successful response will verify that the serveris really a valid SMTP mail server.

Mail server settings
1.Createa new user account and password for the mfp on the mail server this useraccount name , the name set in the mfp
Open Internet Explorer and type in the IP address of the cm2520 embedded controller.
2. Click Admin Mode; under Administrator Password, type in the default password (12345678) and
click Login.
3. Click Network.
4. Click E-mail.
5. Under E-mail Receive (POP) Configuration, set Receive to Enable.
6. Under Receiving Server Address, type in the IP address of the POP3 server.
7. Under Username and Password, type in the Username and Password given to the copier by the
network administrator.
8. Leave APOP authentication at Disable.
9. Leave Connection Timeout and Port Number at the default setting.
10. Click Apply, then O.K.
11. Click E-mail Transmission.
12. Set Transmission to Enable.
13. Under SMTP Server Address, type in the IP address of the SMTP server address.
14. Leave Port Number at the default (25).
15. Set Connection Time-out to 60 seconds.
