Try to update the firmware on the player by going to this website http://www.blu-ray.com/firmware/firmware.php?id=10 the newest version is 5.20 fixes alot of problems including playback issues with some BD movies and safe the file into a flash drive and plug it in on the back USB port, go to menu/firmware update run the update.

Cause walmart has parental discs. Some sort of censorship version. All there music cds delete or beep/blip the profanity out, so im pretty sure they get their movies with a certain level of parental control embedded. Make sure your parental control level on the sone BD player if set to play all. Basically no parental regional restrictions. Hope that help. If that doesnt. I suggest just not supporting Wal-Mart. this could be a failure in the processing secttion of the card. since this is only months old it is important that you take this for warranty claims and get the immediate attention. It could be also expensive if it is out of warranty, possible failure of the proccs board.
