Ouch that's a tough one. You will need to go to the lorex console and reset the password for the account you're trying. If you don't have the administrators password, you will need to contact the system admin and ask them or reset the machine to factory defaults and set it up again, this time writing down the administrators password and the passwords for the access accounts you create during setup. It is after all a security appliance and there for pretty ridged. If all else fails, read the manual that came with the system, they're pretty straight forward. If that doesn't work call Lorex support they're a bunch of very friendly guys. They can give you setup help but as it is a security device, they won't help with passwords.

If you forgot the d-link configuration password - the default user id is admin and password is admin
If that does not work then below the router there is a reset button use a paper clip to push and hold it down for 20 seconds it will reset the password to default ( NOTE : YOUR ROUTER CONFIGURATION WILL BE LOST IF YOU RESET THE ROUTER)
If you need the wifi password Click on the icon, which is usually next to the clock, and then right-click your connection. choose the wifi connection and right click right click and Select Properties and then check the Show Characters box. Doing this will display the password.

This is a simple operation if you know how to log on to your router
First step log on with a web browser 192.168.1.1 leave user id blank and type admin in password box
This will take you to opening page of router click on wireless and then security. This is the page where you set your password to make wifi secure!
Also you need to set password for Router open page above. Its better to remove default password and use your own password. click save at the bottom.

Go to Lorex.website.

right click on my computer icon then click on manage then go to user and groups management.
Then select your user whose you want to change password.
then rightclick user and reset password if you want reset.

we can reset the password on the mailbox for a remote charge.
If any has the admin password they can log into the admin box and reset a user id.
