You need to switch the power switch off.
Hold down either the online & escape or stop/start & escape while switching the machine on.
The machine should start up in service mode.
Select 1 for service mode
Select 5 for mode
Scroll to 810 SC reset and select enter
Select execute.
Switch machine off and on again.

Each menu is classified into two "Modes" depending on how you enter the service menus.

"Menu Mode" can be executed by pushing a sequence of keys.

"Special Mode" can be executed if you press certain keys at the same time as you turn the power on.

Each menu is classified as follows:
Menu Mode
Maintenance Mode Menu This is a menu for maintenance and service.

Special Mode
Fax Service Test Menu This is a menu for checking the fax mode.

MAINTENANCE MODE MENU

Selecting an ItemTo select an item, press the "Up" or "Down" key.


Going into the Next Level/ Returning to the Previous LevelTo go into the next level of an item, select an item then press the "OK" key.

To return to the previous level of an item, press the "Return" key.


Exiting the Maintenance Mode MenuTo exit the maintenance mode menu, press the "Clear/Stop" or "Return" key until the

"Ready" display appears.

The display shows "Tech Mode> Tech menu"
Press "OK" to enter Tech menu.

Thanks for using FixYa. Error Code SC726 means the Finisher shift tray 1 lift motor error. You need to enter service mode and reset the unit by following the instructions given below.

To enter service mode (SP): Press the clear mode key then enter 1-0-7 hold down the c/s for three seconds. To enter the special service mode you’ll need to hold the # key down while pressing Copy SP. Exit service mode: by pressing exit twice. It will reset the and cycling the power.

Hi,

Click here and download the appropriate drivers. Make sure you save them as something meaningful and in a location that you will remember. You will probably have to unzip these files as well. Once you do that you should be able to add the device via the "add printer" & wizard. Let me know if you need any help.

Not sure what SC818 is as not in my manuals please try the following.

Entering and Exiting SP mode
1. Press the Clear Mode key.
2. Use the keypad to enter “107”.
3. Hold down Clear/Stop for at least 3 seconds.
4. Enter the Service Mode.
To enter the Normal Service Mode:
Copy SP On the touch-panel, press Copy SP.


Once in the service mode turn the main switch off located on the left hand side of the machine wait 5-10 seconds then switch back on. This should get the machine working. Hope this helps
