As Mickey Dee suggested go to settings, general and then scroll to the last option........alternatively you can connect the iPad to your PC and sign in to iTunes and sync and reset from there!

You need to do a Hard Reset. If is asking for a PUK Code, it is stolen.

I don't know my password to Ipad need to hard reset

Can only be done via a computer that has iTunes on it. Log in with Apple ID, back up the device and then Reset.

If you know the password it can be reset via Settings.

To reset my ipad from apple

iTunes enables you to restore iPad to factory settings. Before restoring, please note that you need to install the latest version of iTunes on your PC or MAC. Then go to Settings > iCloud to turn off Find My iPhone. Now, you can factory reset your iPad with iTunes as follows.

1. Plug iPad into the computer with the USB cable. The iTunes on your computer will automatically launch. If not, double-click the icon to start it.
2. Click the name of your iPad at the upper right corner of iTunes, and then the information of your iPad will be shown. Click the "Restore iPhone" button in the window to start.
3. iTunes will ask whether you want to back up iPad before restoring. You'd better choose "Yes" for the reset will erase the contents in your iPad. Then iTunes will start restoring your tablet to factory settings.
4. Click Restore again to confirm. Then iTunes erases your iPad and installs the latest iOS software. After you restore your iPad to factory settings, it will restart. Now you can set it up as new.

How to factory rest ipad mini with out using the apple I'd or password

Connect it to a computer with iTunes. Set up your own Apple ID and Password. Then Reset the iPad.

You can also do it from the iPad itself Settings - General and at the very bottom command RESET.

After the reset you will be able to set it up from new.

Please note that the RESET command clears EVERYTHING off the device.

I dot know how to reset my ipad

A factory Reset will wipe all the data stored on your iPad...everything will be restored to factory default, which basically means it will be just as you got it out of the box. It can be done by following these steps:

1.)Start by selecting 'settings'
2.)Than select 'general'
when in general scroll down to bottom of the page to 'Reset' and select it.
3.)Than you have the option to do a two things as far as Resetting your iPad.
a.) 'Reset All Settings' - This will preserve all your data but will restore all factory defaults..
b.) 'Erase All Content and Settings'. This will wipe all data and restore to factory defaults.

If you're giving the iPad to someone else or selling it...choose b.

How do I fix IPad 2 freeze up?

Make a new back-up of your ipad, do a factory reset and then restore from the back-up.

The two most common reasons for resetting an iPad to the factory default settings are to prepare the iPad up for a new owner or to overcome a problem with the iPad that simply rebooting the iPad won't solve.
