SOURCE: I have a keyless weiser deadbolt. Can't find any

Very common for the keypad to stop working.
check that the keypad is not defective. You can disconnect the batteries and then unplug the keypad. Now put the batteries in without the keypad connected. If the beeping stopped, your keypad may need replacing.
You can get a replacement at the store where you bought it for free or call the Weiser support line and they will mail you one for free.

Need a video how to program my keyless entry deadbolt lock

Which manufacturer made the keyless deadbolt lock? Make sure that the batteries are good in the unit.

I have an older Weiser Powerbolt deadbolt lock that is programmed by taking off the cover on the inside of the door. This model has handheld remotes and the keypad. Inside there are three yellow buttons. Two match the cover's lock and unlock buttons. Press and hold the third button (in the center of the set of buttons). Then enter program in the code within a few seconds and press the enter button to set the code. If the unit beeps again, the code is set. If the unit doesn't beep, retry from the press and hold the Program button step.

Another model of the Weiser Powerbolt lock has the Program button either on the top left or lower right hand side of the board (depending on the way the door opens) under the cover. Press the Program button once and then enter the 4-8 digit code. Press the Lock button to set the code. If you hear a long beep, the code was accepted; otherwise try to program your code again.

Kwikset Powerbolt locks are programmed the same way as the second Weiser Powerbolt described above.

Kwikset SmartCode locks have their Program button in the center of the bottom of the control board. Otherwise the programming is the same as that given above for the second version of Weiser Powerbolt locks.

MiLocks have three buttons in a horizontal line. The left-most button is the Set button. Press this then enter the code followed by the Unlock button. The code must be entered within 5 seconds of pressing set.

Baldwin Hardware's Boulder series of keyless entry deadbolts are programmed just like the Kwikset SmartCode units.

I don't know of any videos. Most manufacturers do have PDF files with the programming instructions.

I hope this helps. Please add more information about your deadbolt for extra assistance.

(I end up replacing the batteries often on the lock I have; it seems like they last 6 months or less.)

You did not indicate whether the problem exists only if the door is closed, or also if it operates in the same manner when the door is open. If it is only a problem when the door is closed, then you probably have a misalignment between the lock and the strike mounted in the door frame.

Here is a link to the installation instructions for the Powerbolt. It is a PDF file, requiring Adobe Reader or similar is installed on your computer:

http://www.weiserlock.com/PDFs/install_sheets/pb_eng_install.pdf

If the problem is not due to a misalignment, then I suggest that you contact Weiser Customer Service:

They have toll-free assistance numbers.

When i try to lock or open with key pad it will make the sound like its closing but the bolt does not move. can only lock and open with key.

The deadbolt may very free inside the deadbolt hole... This system is low torque and a over torque clutch may slip if the dead bolt it's not completely free inside the deadbolt hole... Also, if you try to open the door before to unlock it, you may block the deadbolt... take care to unlock the door before open it. to be sure that the dead lock is ok, you can turn the manual knob and be sure is turning very very easily.

Also are you no that POWERBOLT is a 3 codes memory? go to that link to see more info about that : http://www.fixya.com/support/t8006865-not_overwrite_old_codes_just_keeps
