No directions came with the drawers
SOURCE: Removing the refrigerator drawers from the Electrolux side-by-side refrigerator
Got it. My mother got one of these fridges and was frustrated with the drawers not sliding off to clean. It is designed to dissamble the complete drawer assembly. Start by removing the glass from the top of the chill zone drawer frame. Next grasp the white piece of plastic that the chill zone is written on and pull up. There are 4 pegs which affix the drawer assembly to the fridge. The front two pegs will pop out and then the rear will easily pull. The top drawer assembly must be removed before the bottom two drawer assemblies can be removed.
I also noticed the plastic pieces and tried to pinch them but I couldn't get them to budge. Once I saw the 4 pegs, it made sense.

Fisher Paykel sells an improved, black colored set of lit lifting assemblies, better than the white ones installed. If the lid does not clear when you cycle the empty drawer (12 minutes), then you need to order and install all four lifting/sealing assemblies and change them out. With both drawers removed, you can see the four plastic assemblies, two on each side of the empty dishwasher housing.

When you are looking at the drawer, the magnet stands upright on the far right side just inside the outer front casing about halfway down. There is a small plastic clip that holds it in place. You don't need to take anything apart to reinsert the magnet, just open the drawer, but it may be easier to see the location if you pull the drawer all the way out of the hole.
SOURCE: ice under freezer drawer
Hi, Check in the back rear of the freezer and se if you have ice built up. MOST cases the defrost drain gets plugged behind the rear freezer wall under the evaporator.
Please let me know if I can assist you further.
Thanks
Vic

small drain hole/tube inside (behind crisper pans) is stopped up. Clean out with flexible wire, etc.
