Do you mean how do you get it to move?
If you are trying to move and it seems stuck it may be the brake is stuck.
If you hear it speading up but its not moving then it has something to do with the gears or chain, im not really sure what this model has on it.
Thee should be a throttle thumb button if thats what you mean?
I hope this helps, let me know in more detail and I will try to help you more if it did not.
Normally the Fan only comes on when it is called for by the compressor, here is their web page that you can go to and pick your model and get their trouble shooting guide to repair your system, they also have a 800 phone number to help you. I am familiar with the unit but you need to look in there trouble shooting guide to properly troubleshoot your problem, you can call there 800 number and ask for help as well. Hope this helps. http://www.rheem.com/Products/Heating_and_Cooling/
Chances are its the slot- 1... Have a look at my guide i've written to see if any of the tips I suggest help, if not there is a bit on replacing the slot- 1 part. I also have a guide on taking apart the DS lite if you need it. The replacement part is readily avaliable on ebay for very little money and so long as you have soldering equipment and a steady hand you should be fine. Slot- 1 Trouble shoot guide
