The drain pump automatically runs when the FE code is displayed. A leaking water inlet valve or a stuck relay on the electronic control board can allow water to fill the dishwasher constantly. To check for a leaky water inlet valve, unplug the dishwasher and see if the tub continues to fill with water. If it does, shut off the water supply and replace the water inlet valve because the valve is letting water to flow into the dishwasher constantly. If water stops filling when you unplug the dishwasher, then you'll likely need to replace the electronic control board because the control board is constantly sending current to the water inlet valve
ERROR CODES; FAULTS & REMEDY
ERROR DISPLAY [IE] Inlet error. Condition: Not reached to the normal water level in spite of 10 min. water supply. Possible causes:
The Water Tap is not opened.
The Inlet Hose is twisted.
The Filter of inlet valve clogged by impure water.
The Inlet Water Valve is normal ?
The water pressure is very low. ( below 0.5 kgf/ )
Inlet valve is blocked by safety device for leakage sensing.(In case of Inlet Valve).
Remedy
Open the Water Tap.
Repair the Inlet Hose.
1.Close the Water Tap. 2.Unscrew the Inlet Hose (Inlet Valve side) 3.Clean the Filter of Inlet Valve. > Replace or repair the Inlet Valve. > Check the water remain on the base. 1.Check the point of damages and repair or replace the related parts. 2.Disconnect the inlet hose to dishwasher to unlock the safety valve. ERROR DISPLAY [OE] Drain error. Condition: Not fully drained out in spite of 5 min. drain operation. Possible causes:
The Filter clogged.
The Drain Hose twistec or blocked.
The Drain Pump/Motor or circuit is troubled.
Remedy
Clean the Filter.
Remove the cause of twist or block.
Replace the Drain Pump/Motor or repair the Circuit.
ERROR DISPLAY [E I ] Leakage error. Condition: The water level in Tub goes down during operation. Possible causes:
Water leakage in Hose connections.
Water is leaked by damages.
Impeller of the washing Pump is worn away.
The Thermal Protector of the washing motor is functioned
Remedy
Replace the connections of Hose.
Check the point of damages and repair or replace the related parts.
Replace the washing pump.
Check the applied voltage.
ERROR DISPLAY [ F E ] Excess error. Condition: Excessive water is supplied than normal water level.(Automatically drain Pump operated.). Possible causes:
An IE error code signifies that the washing machine is filling with water slowly or not at all. This can occur when water supply taps are not fully open or the water pressure to the tap or house is too low. Other possible causes are kinked, pinched or bent water line hoses, or clogged water inlet filters. TIP
Make sure the water taps are fully open.
Make sure the hoses are not kinked or pinched. (Use caution when moving the washer.)
Clean the inlet filters.
Check another faucet in the house to make sure your household water pressure is adequate.
The error you are receiving is a bad water valve inlet problem. It's typically the cold inlet, but it's better to replace both.
Depending on the type of water you have, the valves could have lots of sentiment blocking the filter screens inside the valve, which can be cleaned, you'll just need to remove the water hose attached, and check.
If your valves look clear, then they have just possibly failed, and need to be replaced.
Check the water inlet valve assembly. I will attach a photo for reference. First, remove the water suppy hoses and check the small screens inside the water inlet valve and make sure they are clean and clear. Then use a multimeter to test the solenoids for continuity. A lack of continuity indicates a faulty solenoid and the water inlet valve will have to be replaced. Sure hope this helped and best wishes.
• Water supply is not adequate in area. • Water supply taps are not completely open. • Water inlet hose is bent. • The filter of the inlet hose clogged.
Solution: Check another tap in the house. Fully open tap. Straighten hose. Check the filter of the inlet hose.
UE: • Load is too small. • Load is out of balance. • The appliance has an imbalance detection and correction system. If individual heavy articles are loaded (bath mat, bath robe, etc.) and the imbalance is too great, after several attempts to restart the spin cycle the machine will stop and the error code will be displayed.
Solution: Add 1 or 2 similar items to help balance the load. Rearrange load to allow proper spinning. UE:
The manual suggests to shut the water off , remove the inlet hose and check the screen for blockage. The ie message is the inlet water is insufficient.
The "IE" message can mean that water is not entering your dispenser. If you have traces of lime in your water or very hard water, your water inlet hose can become clogged quite easily. To clean this please do the following:
Turn off the inlet water tap.
Unscrew the water inlet hose.
Clean the filter using a hard bristle brush.
Replace filter and hose, tighten water inlet hose.
Your water inlet hose is found on the back of your machine. It is recommended to clean this every few months.
