Hello,
All you need to do is to open the back cover of the television to check for burnt transistor , this is always the problem , for you to fix this it require a basic knowledge on electronics,
Your power supply board is not yet dead, u know basic electronics' and soldering? Most of the times, the power supply board just have dead leakages gases capacitors. These capacitors always bulges up on it top,or puff up on it top.Replaced these gases leakages capacitors will get your TV power stable, and work again.Or tries websites like Shopjimmy.com,Ebay.com to buy a whole refurbish power supply board for the replacement.
I hope this will help out in solving the problem

Hello Dyan, Hi you can find one at any electrical or electronics shop that sells spare parts, But mind you the reason why the fuse blows in the first place, have the power supply board checked for shorts such as a shorted switching regulator. If in the event the replacement fuse blows again, there is definitely a shorted part. Have this checked by a technician.

U have all the tools like a soldering iron,a desoldering pump or a roll of desoldering braids,a roll of solders, also can do basic soldering and understanding of basic electronic?Yes,take out the tv power supply board,by checking it carefully ends to ends looking for dying capacitors parts,it alway bulging up on it tops or puffing up on it tops are the most common failer on the tv power supply board.By replacing all those dying capacitors,u can check the Zenith power supply board for capacitors for parts to replaced.Capacitors are very important must have the same exact micro ferit ok the voltages 5 or 10 voltages higher no problems.Take out capacitors and putting in different capacitors or new capacitors to a board must make sure polarity - + putting it in correctly to the board or will causes explosion, kill that new capacitor and more damaging to that board or the unit u tries to fix.
