When I provide an answer which is a question seeking more information and the original asker replies there seems to be no way for me to provide more information. Why is that?

You must provide as much information as possible if you seek a serious reply.

A mystery question. This could be about immigration status, health screening, a legal ruling, or school acceptance. There in just not enough information to direct an answer to. If an institution is involved, seek a contact person there. If some application is involved, generally one must enquire when it is reasonable to expect a reply. Some agencies provide only a general email address to which to post a question. If medical tests are involved, you generally get a phone call from a doctor once the laboratory results are back.

Maybe no one could answer or understand your original question. We're not all knowing and powerful. In fact we're only humans *gasp*

speaking from the point of view of one of the mind readers out here , id have to agree with you , it does make it a challenge to figure out just what there talking about , maybe fix-ya needs to develop a form to fill out for folks to be able to post any question , this would go miles towards getting better answers ( make, model #, year purchased, etc .) basic stuff like that

Sorry if I'm misreading but your english seems quite broken. If you're telling me you had the drives lock software enabled which encrypts the drives data and you formatted the drive, the short answer is you don't get the data back. That is the entire point of encrypting the drive in the first place.

If you are just planning to do this you can copy the files off the drive to another location, then using the Apollo Utility, reformat the drive and don't lock the newly formatted drive then copy the files back onto the reformatted drive.

Well, you need to look at the right hand side top of the window and you will get an option " Add a comment". Click on that and you can post answer to the asker.
