When trying to restrict all incoming calls it asks for the password. I tried 0000 but it said "all in coming command error". Is there a stsandard password that is preset on the phone?

Normally that's the default password or 1234, but if none of them works, probably it means that your number profile hasn't incoming calls barring service active, this is done at the cellular central office switch, if this is the case, you should request to your cell phone provider the activation of incoming calls barring service (technically called BAIC) at your cell number number profile.
