I have a code error 47:03 in my hp t770 and i dont know what to do please help me to solve this problem

These are very good recommendations. I must also include that since this is a "Timing" issue, it should also be noted that all other functions should be looked at. This insures that the functioning is "in-Time". Such as Encoder Strip is cleaned Belt inspection of Carriage (checked for cracks,missing teeth,ect.), Carriage Rod cleaned and lightly coated with an approved lubercant. Any momenttary delay in travel-time in initializing, will go to easiest Error code in-reach. Remember other items may be involved with this error code.....just doing basics...Good luck,Steve

Starwheels motor error
Corrective action: Try the following:
1. Switch the power off from the back of the printer and disconnect the power cord.
Reconnect the power cord and power on the printer.
2. Open the Window and check for any visible obstacles restricting the movement of the
Starwheel Assembly, then clear the obstruction.

47 errors are related to the starwheel motor. This is the motor that lifts the bar that the paper passes under, it has little star shapped wheels on it. If you open the main window and look down you will see it. Make sure it is moving properly and there is no paper jammed under it.
