SOURCE: M2350EA Laptop. Start up is VERY slow and programs

Hello,

Sounds like your laptop has been infected with some nasty spyware and other bugs from the internet. Do a google search for a program called " A-Sguared " this is a super good FREE program that will scan and KILL OFF the garbage spy bugs and even virus and trojan programs that are on your system and restore the speed you use to have. Also another good spyware remover program (its free too) is MALWAREBYTES google search for this too and install and let it scan and if Asuared misses anything Malawarebytes will catch them. Both are excellent programs and FREE. Good hunting and be sure to UPDATE them after you install them,

SOURCE: Everything is running extremely slow

These are symptoms of a virus or a spyware program, have you run a full system scan for any of this type of malicious software (virus's and spyware) Norton Internet security is a good choice.

My HP a6532f tower is extremely slow operation it takes 20 times longer than it should to work. But everyting ends up going through the operations just VERY slow.

' Disinfect your system using some reliable antivirus program.
' Run disk clean up (start > programs > accessories > system tools > disk cleanup.)
' Disable background services.
' Fix OS registry errors with any reliable program (must use RegInOut for it.)
' Defragment the registry if needed.
' Uninstall all programs & software's and download latest versions of them.

Thanks

Pc his to slow

Computers over time will slow down this can be caused by just normal everyday use or an infection by a virus.
First thing I would do is a basic cleanup of the computer by running the following applications on a regular basis.
First CClenaer https://www.piriform.com/ccleaner, this will clean up all garbage files left behind.
Then you need to run a defrag program, you can use the built in Windows defrag program but I recommend Smart Defrag, http://www.iobit.com/iobitsmartdefrag.html. these both are free applications.
If it is a virus then I recommend that you run your anti-virus with the latest updates, if that does not work you will need to create a bootable disk with an anti-virus application. You can Google this or contact a local PC repair shop.

Computer very slow

If your problem is that your computer is very slow and you have upgraded your memory to the maximum, then you should concentrate on cleaning up and optimising the Windows file system.

Download and install the following utility programs that can help you to improve the performance of your computer.

Advanced System Care Free - run the Deep Care option of this utility.
DiskMax - run a Detailed Scan and let it clean up all profiles, updates, cache etc.
Smart Defrag - run a Defrag and Fast Optimize
CCleaner - use this to compliment the above plus use the Tools Uninstall option to remove any unwanted software programs, browser tool bars etc. Also use the Tools Startup option to disable any of the programs being started on every boot that don't need to be, i.e. things like QuickTime, Adobe Reader.

Microsoft Vista Too slow

Hiya what processor do you have in... its what & how your processor uses the ram available that would normally determine a happy environment. the minimum ram that Vista is happy and stable running on is 1gb.. so 1gb left over should in theory be enough to run all your office applications... what Version of Office are u running?

Have you recently installed an application that may be in conflict with vista?
Have you tried doing a virus and spyware scan? I would by process of elimination uninstall and reinstall programs to determine what... if any are causing any potential problems.
Do you defrag when necessary?

Try these first .. and we.ll go from there if necessary!
