Hello,
Sounds like your laptop has been infected with some nasty spyware and other bugs from the internet. Do a google search for a program called " A-Sguared " this is a super good FREE program that will scan and KILL OFF the garbage spy bugs and even virus and trojan programs that are on your system and restore the speed you use to have. Also another good spyware remover program (its free too) is MALWAREBYTES google search for this too and install and let it scan and if Asuared misses anything Malawarebytes will catch them. Both are excellent programs and FREE. Good hunting and be sure to UPDATE them after you install them,

These are symptoms of a virus or a spyware program, have you run a full system scan for any of this type of malicious software (virus's and spyware) Norton Internet security is a good choice.
