Are you close enough to the printer? Bluetooth range is only about 6 feet max. is the printer wi/fi capable? Print to google cloud print and associate it with your printer.

You can use google cloud print to enable printing features. Keep in mind tablets / phones where not designed with printing in mind, So your device / printer may not be supported.

Download this driver to your tablet and then run the software and DO NOT plug in printer untill it says it cant find the printer, or to makesure it is plugged in and turned on.when you get this error then and ONLY then plug your printer in with the USB cord and then the installation should continue hope this helps
