If this is the vehicle's factory alarm that is being triggered then your factory alarm must be disarmed prior to the remote starter sequence. The Autopage unit has a factory disarm wire available for this purpose. When the alarm triggers again try turning the key in the driver's door to see if there is a factory disarm wire available in the vehicle or if the factory alarm is RF disarm only. you need to check the nuetral safety wire. It is black with a white stripe.

turn ignition switch to ON 3 times, leaving it in the ON position the 3rd time. Press the RED VALET button installed under your dash somewhere, 2 times (holding on the 2 nd push) you will here the horn honk, release valet switch, and then press the LOCK button on the new remote. The horn will honk if it programs. Turn ignition off and the horn will honk 3 times to let you know it exited the programming sequence.

it is a standard bosch style relay, it should be under the dash on left or right of the steering cloumn
