If you set a pass code (or pattern) that you cannot remember, please enter the wrong password (10-20 times) until you are prompted to sign in via your google account. Please note, this will only work if you have already setup your google account on the tablet. If you have not set up a Google (or Gmail) account on the tablet, you will have to perform a firmware install, which will revert the tablet back to factory settings.
you need to go too the main site apple.com when the site got loaded click on suport then apple id, then click on forgotten apple id password then read the instruction. if you got a pass for the lock screen and forgot pass, then you have to restart your ipad.
Go to your computer open up itunes. Once it's open click app store and it will ask for the password and you just click the forgot password and you will be set. If that doesn't work go to itunes click store which is located at the top menu then click activate... and it will do the same password thing. That should have you all set!
