How do i add her as a friend on facebook

In the Facebook settings, you can add persons to your circles (and kick them out) The circles have different importance, like family, friends, and others you know. You can setup your account, so only family can see everything and friends can see a little less and others even less. What you allow to see depends on the settings in your account. But it is not possible they can see what is on your computer, unless you did add that to Facebook.
Better not add all your pictures to Facebook. keep the private ones in folders outside Facebook. Don't grand access to all your pictures on any of the devices.
You almost can get a degree in setting up Facebook, but the safest way to start (sorry it looks you already are on Facebook some time) is to keep everything outside Facebook. Don't grand it access to folders on your devices. Just type the things you want others to hare with you and only put pictures in Facebook you want to show. Slowly accept other people. And when you don't want someone to your circles just remove the person from your settings.
Facebook has great support and you can find everything on their help page. Study one thing at a time and make sure you understand the part you want to use. That includes, how to remove things and persons from your timeline.

Find her then go to her main page and there will be a button that says friend with a plus symbol

click on the one you know is her
click on add friend

For some Facebook profiles, 'Add friend' button would be disabled. This is because of privacy setting set by the owner of the profile you visit.

This is a security measure from Facebook to prevent people adding people annoyingly. There are links on the website to contact the admins of facebook to verify and for them to lift the option to ad more friends. I, too experienced the same issue and i just waited at least a few days before i can add more friends again. Just be patient

Maybe, somebody hacked your account and delete all your friends.so please change your password.

Your problem is kind a breach of Facebook security. They would think that what you're doing is a spam activity that's why they blocked you temporarily. you can wait for week before the adding friends feature will be activated again. But of course you can remove unwanted friends by going to Facebook's >>Acount Menu >> Edit Friends then browse for unwanted friends and delete them by hitting the X icon on the right side of each friend.

we just need to add an S to http IN adrees baar we should put https://www.facebook.com instead of http://www.facebook.com...temporarily try this and after 1 week the facebook page will become normal...
