Where can I order this Fader
I just finished repairing this mixer. If the problem is the master fader you need a doble fader, 10 K D., I ordered at link posted.
Be careful when disassebling but is not so complicated. Remove the plastic side and bottom metal plate, pay attention that screws are not identical, disconnect power flat cable and the other flat on the PCB, make a photo to remember the colors of the knobs, then remove the knobs and screws on the top panel (only the plate that also houses the fader you need to replace). To remove the old fader the best way is to cut the soldered pin and then desolder them from the PCB, be careful not to damage the PCB.
Replace the fader, solder it and voila!

I will give you something to try and beyond that, you have to replace the fader.
Try spraying a LITTLE CRC 226 into the fader slot. Procure this at a Home Depot store in a small blue spray can in the electrical department. (about $2.60) DO NOT USE CONTACT CLEANER such as De-Oxit.
Spray a bit in and see if it improves the situation.
IF NOT what has happened is the sliding fingers have worn through and folded back and dug into the resistance element in the fader. That is fatal!
The faders, once you find the right type are not very expensive say less than $5 BUT there are usually massive number of screws to take out and knobs to remove to get the board out. SOMETIMES the ones you get have to have the "handle" shortened by a quarter inch. Do this with tin snips and clean off burrs with a file.
You need to match the resistance, the hole pattern, AND the "taper" which for those will be an "audio taper" The fader will have a part number on the side and MOST are made by "ALPS". Digikey and Mouser are my usual sources online.
Un-soldering the old fader takes care and solder removal tools. DO NOT force the leads out till the solder is all out and the lead is free. You will lift the circuit traces off the board.
Clean the residue of soldering flux when done and re-assemble.

The fader is likely a dual pot. The manufacturer is likely ALPS. You need to match the board hole layout, slider throw, resistance, AND TAPER.
There will be a number on the side of the pot that will have the resistance and taper... It is likely an "A" taper which is an audio log taper.
Replacing this involves removing about the right 1/3 of knobs, screws, and jack mounting nuts and washers to remover the circuit board the pot is mounted on.
There are connecting cables to be removed.
Try to find part at DigiKey.com or Mouser.com. Note that the handle MAY be too long. Shorten the handle with tin snios and remove the burr.
BEFORE any of this is done, you should investigate to make sure it is the fader. If the left channel is intermitent scratchy then the fader is likely bad, These will get scratchy before they fail... If that is not the scenario, then there probably is something else bad.
Since the board is similar to the eurodesk model, on that one DO NOT plug mono 1/4 inch plugs into the mains output 1/4inch jacks as those are TRUE TRS balanced lines.

The utput fader has probably been broken. If the knob takes a hit, it breaks the resistance element. The part is inexpensive but it takes a lot of work to access and replace the part.

The LED cans are not easily dimmable to very low levels. The signals sent are all digital. It is POSSIBLE that the A channel fader doesn't go low enough electrically within the console and the conversion to the control stream of data is NOT commanding a low enough level. LED's are HARD to dim below a certain point and what would happen is that in the multiple strings of each color, some stings would go completely out before others... SO it is possible they have a minimum SET in the PAR can that is the lowest level that can be done without dropping off some of the internal groups and making a mess of the color. There would be NO solution available to you in this case.
