Just need to install the Netflix app on your new iPad, login with your credentials and you are ready to go.
Depending upon your Netflix account, it will allow you to use 2 or 4 devices simultaneously. So you can either uninstall the Netflix app from your older iPad or keep it and use it.
This can be caused by either a Netflix issue or an internet issue by your provider. The first thing I always do is go to netflix support; they have instructions. Type just this in at your path location at the top of your screen: netflix.com/support
The second thing that sometimes works is to just turn off your router, then turn it back on after counting to 45. Sometimes it just needs a reboot or a reset to bring it back on.
Good luck! If these don't help, please send another message here.
Hi
I have a similar challenge. Netflix works fine on my iPad mini and Samsung smart TV. The trouble is on the Apple TV .
I think I restarted the Apple TV to set this right.
Try going to settings -general -reset on the iPad 2 and see if there is a possibility there.

Unfortunately, Netflix only makes an iPad app for iOS 6 and later. You will have to get a newer iPad if you really, really want to watch Netflix on it, because your iPad cannot be upgraded to iOS 6.
Hi. Have you tried accessing Netflix before? Are you encountering an error message when trying to access Netflix? If there is, what is the error message? If none, is it possible that you moved in to another place/country where Netflix is being blocked? If you recently moved in to another place/country wherein Netflix isn't allowed, you might have to subscribe to a VPN Provider/service so you can access it again. Thanks.
