Claudia, When you have problems logging in on a site, you should solve that on the site. There must be a I forgot my password or forgot my account thing on the login page. You should have setup any form of account recovery. Try that. We can't reset or have any tools to recover accounts. If something like that existed, it would make all security around all accounts useless.
I found that if the Nexus 7 (or 10) is left on until the battery drains completely, then switches itself off, it doesn't switch on normally after a recharge. All you need to do is press the on button for several seconds and it will reboot. If that doesn't work then try a hard reset. Refer to user manual which should be in the file system.
Step 1: Power off Nexus 7
Step 2: Power on while holding Volume Down/Up
(enter BootLoader)
Step 3: Press Volume Up to toggle to "Recovery Mode"then press power to select
Step 4: Hold The Power Button and tap Volume Up when you see "No Command"
Step 5: Press & hold Power Button & Volume Up Button Again
Step 6: Toggle with vol down CLEAR CACHE & reboot
Hi, I'm not sure if there is a universal password, but if you can remember the Pin number try the following steps.
Power your device off, and then start it up again and enter the correct pin number. If that doesn't work, you will need to try the option to enter your Gmail account credentials so that you can access your device and change your password. (Oh, I forgot you can't access your Tablet)
I think you will have to do a Hard Reset by completing the following steps:
Turn off Tablet Try one of these key combos (each Android device uses a slightly different key combo, but these are the most common).
Volume Up + Home + Power or Volume Down + Home + Power
or
look for a reset button/hole
Release the power button when you see the Android
Choose recovery mode
Choose wipe data/Factory Reset
Choose yes
Tablet will reboot or will ask you to reboot
NOTE: This procedure will delete all apps and data so use it as a last resort.
