No sound only video on windvr3

This page has all of the Sabrent drivers available. I could locate the exact driver if I knew the particular model # of your box. Is it the TV-USB20 or the TV-USBHD with digital and analog tuners?

Sounds like the TV tuner has failed.

hi...im having a mercury EZ View USB TV Box....i use to watch tv with no problem, when i was having windows xp....now i have vista...but now i cudn see vedio. but audio is clear. from the cd aong with the package it has directx9.0..
and when i try to install it it says, this verson is not competible with the version of xp i have. do u know any other software that will help me to view tv.

Hola, tiene camara tu lap?? si es así desactivala antes de usar el sintonizador en caso de que uses windvr3 ya que crea un conflicto y trata de usar primero la cam,entra a administrador de dispositivos y busca tu camara en disp de imagenes,da clic derecho y desactivar, con eso debes de poder usar el windvr3 saludos de mexico tambien.

Try check your your cable or try use 3rd party recorder software. If green screen was appear it means your recorder software didn't receive signal.
