SOURCE: HP Monitor blanking out on full screen mode

Hi, I read this somewhere (can't recall the site). Go to your desktop properties (right click on any clear area of your desktop); Settings tab; Advanced button; Troubleshoot Tab; Uncheck Enable Write combining; Reboot your PC. If this does not fix the problem, you can always revert back. Hope this be of some help. Good luck and kind regards.

SOURCE: hp vs17e monitor says it's in sleep mode then goes blank

check the board postings for the HP f1903 monitor.I recall seeing a problem of the same there and a solution or fix. As it is only a newer version of the same model, it may be the same fix. Appears HP has a big problem with QA and this particular model. Lots of people have same or similar problems, and all appear to have a similar fix or solution. Tricky part... figuring out how to "Open" the monitor to check it inside!
Good Luck.
PS - if you figure out the opening part, let us all know!

Hello, the DVD play fine but tv mode, continually says no signal and screen is blue. Please help

You either have the DVD player plugged into the wrong input on the TV or the TV not set to that input. If using HDMI change the HDMI cord to another HDMI port on the the TV. In an Extreme case you have a bad connecting cord (either HDMI or other type.)

Onkyo TX-SR606 takes up to 30 minutes to display 1080p

Please don't rate me for this. Onkyo has been having voltage problems with their HDMI boards in several models. Yours is one of them. They first instructed techs to replace some capacitors, then add some capaictors to repair the voltage problems. Now they want us to replace the HDMI boards but I have yet to receive any (on back-order) Sorry for the bad news.

I have an Onkyo TX-SR606. With an HDMI connection from any dvd player connected to the HDMI/DVD in on the Onkyo I get perfect pic and sound initially then the picture starts to go bad, usually about 5 - 10...

Hook your HDMI directly ffrom the DVD to the TV, then connect digital coaxial or optical to your receiver for audio. Your receiver will not current HDMI video codecs. That is the only fix. Sorry. Hope this helps.

Blue screen with HDMI

Check the power supply modular cable connection that is by itself in the upper right corner.  On the one my son-in-law has the double yellow jumper wire that connects to this plug in two locations was loose (not properly inserted) in the modular connector and had worked it way out.
