Google earth was on my computer and it is gone. How can I get it back?

lost the PC (story?) and PC case lost did you?
or bought a used mobo raw off of ebay or worse amazon?

that code off mobo is the contract codes

Turn on the computer.
When the initial blue HP screen appears Press the "F10" key.
A Recovery menu will appear.
Click on "NEXT"
and then click on "YES"
Your system will now go through the product recovery

While restarting the computer keep tapping on the F10 key
on the next screen you will find start system recovery , and on the next screen you will find advanced options
in advanced option you will find an option for Destructive Recovery.. click that

If you are not able to run the recovery on the computer as above then you will need no use a set of recovery cds..... if you dont have them you can get it from HP..

New everything if you're dead set on Windows 7; it's not at all in line with Win7's box requirements. Try the Fedora 15 liveCD (with 2GB DDR) or fixing up your phone app environment until then, or merely buy a new hard drive with the memory (going through the BIOS again to set timings, natch) to install Fedora on so you can give it a try (and avoid overwriting any important data still on the drive you have.)

1GB is really low; e-readers and console logs can suffer along with that, and it's a lot of writing, but it's not likely worth the electricity to run that old system long.

I can support 2G i have that same comp and i got a 1g stick and a 512 stick.

Try to boot the computer into safe mode. If that can be done, uninstall Goofle Earth, and get into the system restore and restore the computer back before the Google install and reboot normally.

Go to Start-Control Panel-Power options
there is an option for standby mode adjust accordingly, when you preformed a system recovery it probably set standby to never.

Open your cabinet,
Make sure that your computer is swithched off completely.
Remove your RAM,
Rub it with an eraser (on the connections),
Plug it back,
Swicth on.
