Are any of the service lights on on the back-side of the board? There are 4 possible lights that can illuminate...if any are, I need to know which ones please. If not, there is more troubleshooting required. If you would like a copy of the owner's manual which covers all these steps in detail, please send me an email using the contact feature of our site at www.arrowpools.net and I'll reply with a copy of it. I have not seen that code on these pool heaters. You might want to check in the owners manual and follow their troubleshooting flow chart to find the source of your problem.
These pool heaters have a very detailed and specific troubleshooting manual that will probably be the most helpful thing for you. They ask very specific questions about what appears on your heater and you will need to be looking at it to troubleshoot. Try walking through the troubleshooting guide below. http://www.backyardcitypools.com/images/bwp/Max-E-Therm-Manual.pdf
These pool heaters have a great troubleshooting section in the users manual (link below). Try walking through that step by step. It should help you correct your problem in no time.
I would try consulting the owners manual for these pool heaters. They have a very comprehensive troubleshooting guide that you can walk through, but you will need to be looking at the heater.
