If my ability to follow more is determined by a ratio; why is it that the ratio does not equate if I have had 30 or more followers since being barred. Twitter will not respond to this question. Help?

Twitter limit's how many people you can follow at a certain time, to help limit spam accounts. You may be able to contact Twitter Support or wait a day or two and see if it changes.

To start tweeting just open the twitter app on your iphone 4. Once the app is launched you will notice a pencil/paper style icon at the top of the screen, touch this button and a new window will appear. Type your tweet and hit send.
The easiest way to follow other twitter users from the iPhone app is to use the search functionality of the app. At the bottom of the screen there is a magnifying glass icon.
