Good Morning kvojik, thanks for your post!
From my understanding your Frigidaire front load washer is getting stuck between the drain and spin cycle. I noticed that you have replaced many components within your washer and continue to experience this issue. I would not advise to manually advance any part of the washer because this could cause issues within your washer. It could be a potential issue with the motor. At this point you may want to reach out to a technician for proper diagnosis and repair. This will help you to avoid any further part purchases. -Matt

The motor controller is the most likly suspect as it controls the timer. I would check that first. Hope this helps

Well redistributing the load and unplugging it should hopefully reset it.
Otherwise the balance sensor is the problem which is internally in the motor tachometer, and thats whats causing it to not work.
If you have a 5 yr. warranty on your motor contact Frigidaire and ask them to send a authorized Frigidaire Lead tech. and I'm sure he will verify what I'm saying.
Please let me know if you have any more questions and I would be glad to help
SOURCE: Washer wont spin or drain
did you check to see if there was anything stuck in the pump? sometimes socks and other small articles get dow there and wont allow the washer to spin or drain

When in doubt check the easiest thing to check. The pump can cause a number of errors to come up. Since the unit stopped in rinse I would start but checking to make sure there is nothing obstructing the pump before going to the expensive parts.

Before spending any money calling a repairman or changing parts, check the drain hose. If it is too deep down into the drain pipe then pull it back so that only about 6 to 10 inches is down the pipe. If it is too far down then it creates a vacuum which drains the water as it is trying to fill for the final rinse.
Hi John - Often when a unit does not spin, it is because the unit cannot properly drain and dispose of the water and detergent solution. The humming noise is mainly caused due to the drainage hose/pump possibly being clogged and needs to be cleaned. If not, the washer may be experiencing another possible issue with the faulty pump, timer or control board not communicating correctly. Because it could be a number of any one of several underlying causes, I would recommend contacting a professional to properly diagnose and repair the unit.
Hello acoach194 - If the washer is not agitating try the following steps:
1) Verify a circuit breaker isn't tripped
2) Advance the timer control dial slowly 360 degrees-
If the washer starts spinning, then the motor and drive belt are fine but that there is something wrong with either the timer control dial or the agitator solenoid. Call in a professional for this. If the washer doesn't budge, then verify that the drive belt(s) is attached and not broken by removing the back panel. If the belt is broken, then it will need to be replaced. If it is loose, then it will need to be tightened. A professional will need to do so by loosening up the bolt holding the motor and moving it on its swingarm (much like a car alternator) until there is a 1/2 to 3/4 inch deflection in the belt.
Some washers use reversing motors. It's possible the motor works on the spin cycle but not on the wash cycle. If so, once again call a pro.
3) Visually inspect the lid safety switch- Is it loose or cracked? If so, the washer might work intermittently, stopping at different cycles.
4) Check motor and drive belt- Remove the main access panel (usually in the back). Is the motor spinning, but the drive belt isn't? If so, then you have a drive belt problem.
