As above and I have pulled out the electrical cord for a couple of minutes to try to reset it
Well I would recheck the water reservoir is fully inserted ....the door has no debris inside the lock....the bottom filter is cleaned not just the door filter.if this still not fixes then try a reset by switching off at socket then whilst holding start button without releasing for at least five seconds turn on power and listen for a click.sometimes a sensor is stuck and not relaying proper status.
Technician just solved that annoying problem. My dryer is few months old and without pump, so condensed water is dripping to tank by gravity. During drying cloth is collected on filter and condenser, but some amount of cloth goes into pipes and canals on the bottom of dryer and clogged non-return valve where tank is inserted. Side panel ha has to be removed, canals and valve cleaned. To prevent problem technician suggested condenser and filter cleaning after every use. Valve can be removed from bottom without removing side panel.

the same just happened to mine. I've tried also the reseting as suggested below, but doesn't work either. How did you fix it? Can it be the light bulb inside?
