This Casio ctk-2400 keyboard worked fine. But after I laid a heavy sheet to cover it, then later removed, now there's no longer any sound from both the speakers and headphones. I have made sure that the Local function was turned on, and other functions on also. The LCD display shows the keyboard is working, but no sound at all from all the keyboard keys that I press. Even at high volume. I'm using an AC adaptor and there is power coming through. I think that I have to reset it. The cover may have depressed several buttons when I had the keyboard covered, but I don't know what buttons to press to reset it back to normal.
Estou com o mesmo problema, deixei meu celular em cima de algumas teclas como o power switch e function, mas quando eu ligo tipo ele trava e n?o inicializa
The LCD display is working but there is no sound from the speakers. This means that one of the two speakers is bad. Unscrew the back cover of both speakers and remove (unsolder) the lead wires connecting the speakers. The speakers should be stamped with say 8 Ohm 5W or 4 Ohm 3W. Using an ohm meter (multimeter) measure the resistance (in ohms) across the leads. Should read 8 or 4 ohms, depending on what is stamped on the back. Bad speakers will read infinity, i.e. there is no continuity as the coil wire is broken. You can test by joining the lead wires of the broken speaker and connect the leads (using clips or tape) to the good speaker, and carefully power it on. Sound should come from the one speaker when you play. Replace speaker with a new one. You can also hear sound through the head phones.
If both speakers are good (ohm reading is the same as stamped on speaker), then you need to open the panel of the main board. You will need a Service manual for the model, to identify the Power Amp. This component will have 10 -14 (even) pin legs and a flat body as it is usually 2 channel and drives the speakers. Identify the type (e.g. LA4598) from the body and replace.

Interestingly...check out page EN-34...about the section on local control...Follow the directions to turn your sound back up... Good luck
