How do I get back my email to work?

Can't move email it appears to be locked

Reboot the iPad by shutting it down. Leave it off for about a minute, then turn it back on. My iPad did the same thing.

Can you email from your iPad to your phone?
Do that with the emails then resend them.

OK so you have a set of photos you wish to email back to people when they email you. So you need those photos accessible from your phone. One way to do this would be to move those photos to your phone, then you just email them from your phone. Another way would be a photo sharing service, move them there.

If you have a computer you can synchronize both your phone and the iPad with iTunes making sure to include the photos, not just your music.

My tablet will turn on, when the lock icon appears, it won't move , it's frozen and can't do anything else

If you tried sliding the lock icon and it doesnt move in any direction, chances are that the tablet is frozen. In that case, hold the on/off button for about 5 secs or until the tablet turns off (it will vibrate as it turns off, this is different than just pressing the on/off button) or offers you an option to shut it down. Wait a couple of secs, the tablet will show the booting screen and then allow you to work with it, not just showing you the lock as soon as you turn it on. If it shows you the lock without the booting screen shown first, this means that you didn't really turn it off properly. Try holding the on/off button longer.

My daughter got locked out her digiland tablet and dont have a manuel on how to reset because her email she used to set up her tablet is not working how can she get into her tablet

Hi Mercedes, you will have to perform a factory reset to take the tablet back to when new!
Power the Tablet down completely. Press and hold the Power and Volume up buttons until a recovery screen appears. You should be presented with a screen that will allow you to perform a Wipe Data Factory Reset. Perform the reset then restart the Tablet.

I forgot the pattern to my irulu tablet and it says my email and password is invalid I've tried holding the power button and volume button and it didn't reset it I don't know what to do

Can you follow this procedure and post back your results? Press the off button for 30seconds, then press the power on and the volume+ buttons together until the reset screen appears! Then use volume to move and power on to select factory reset!

No sound on ipad

1. If you have no sound at all, even in the Music App, try rebooting the iPad.
Reboot the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider if it appears on the screen - let go of the buttons. Let the iPad start up.
2. If you lost sounds for keyboard clicks, games or other apps, email notifications and other notifications, system sounds may have been muted.
System sounds can be muted and controlled two different ways. The screen lock rotation can be controlled in the same manner as well.
Settings>General>Use Side Switch to: Mute System sounds. If this option is selected, the switch on the side of the iPad above the volume rocker will mute system sounds.
If you choose Lock Screen Rotation, then the switch locks the screen. If the screen is locked, you will see a lock icon in the upper right corner next to the battery indicator gauge.
If you have the side switch set to lock screen rotation then the system sound control is in the control center. Swipe up from the bottom of the screen to get to control center . Tap on the bell icon and system sounds will return.
If you have the side switch set to mute system sounds, then the screen lock can be accessed in the same manner as described above.

3. Try cleaning the dock connector opening of the iPad with a soft brush and just a little bit of rubbing alcohol.
4. Reset all settings. Settings>General>Reset>Reset All Settings.

Open the email. Click on the file folder icon top right. Menu will appear on left. Tap on trash. This will move to to the trash.

How to delete all emails at one time on an iPad

  1. Press edit in your email inbox.
  2. Select the first email by making the circle red next to the first email or any one email in your email box.
  3. Put one finger on the move button on the bottom of the screen that has now become active since you selected one email.
  4. Now with your finger still on the move button press the original email again that you had originally selected.
  5. When you deselect that one email with your finger still on the move button it will, pause for a second and it will bring up a move screen.
  6. It will ask you where you want to move the emails to.
  7. You can simply click on the trash folder and it moves them all to the trash.
  8. It will also show you how many emails you moved.
