I am looking for a spare parts manual for an emerson e20-30 insinkerator and who sells these parts

This should help out, but remember this model is a lower end disposal and has only a 1yr warranty.

try changing your water filter for your ice maker thats located in the fridge part in the back

The use-and-care manual says that the 'product will eventually fail,' and to install a drain catch pan.
The product has stainless steel tank with 3 year warranty. 1-800-558-5700.
The manual does not show parts diagram, element, or anode rod. This indicates that operation is inside a sealed 1-piece unit not meant for repairs.
High clorine content of water, and hard water, and water pressure over 80 psi will adversely affect any tank heater, and shorten lifespan causing probable leak.

Turn off power:
If you can remove cover from H770, then inspect 750 watt element for possible leaking. Then replace with new element of unknown type if element is leaking.
If leaking is coming from the tank itself, then the unit cannot be repaired. This is true for all tank water heaters.

sometimes with well supply you are better to have two filters one outside easy access then another as supply enters your property best of luck

depending on the age it sounds like you may have to replace the unit,, insinkerator is the best on the market so when they leak it;s time for a new one ,, if not to old and under there warranty they will send some one to ifx it just call the 1-800 number on the unit

take the front cover off, it is just snaped on, there you will see it, depending on the age of the unit insinkerator will replace it for free, you just have to install it, but for the most part it might be cheaper to change the unit

It may have mineral deposit buildup on the inside. You will need to consult your maintenance manual to see how to flush the unit and clear it of deposits. You can also contact Insinkerator for the information as well. You can use vinegar to clean it just like you would a coffee pot. Take the inlet supply off and using a funnel pour the vinegar in and turn the unit on.

You could have a defective thermostat causing the limit control to trip off. Here is the manual!

There is a retainer ring that holds the drain and the Insinkerator together. You loosened the drain with the 4 screws. You need to rotate the retainer ring counterclockwise when looking up from the bottom. Maybe 45 degrees and it will come loose. BE CAREFUL IT WILL WANT TO FALL!!
