I have apple mini pad and I clicked on a post but would not come up but it is still trying to come up has two little circles rotating around. I can not get out of this problem
I turned mini pad off and rebooted but did not help!

Is it an android app? Also check you settings. Are you giving permission to install apps on the tablet. sometimes the settings get inadvertently changed
Make sure you have the latest updates.
Click the Mac App Store on your Dock and make sure everything is updated.
If everything is current, open iPhoto while holding down both the Command and Option keys. It should then ask permission to rebuild.
If that does not work, make another post with what you have tried and someone will help.
1. Click on the Apple logo on the top left corner
2. Choose System Preferences...
3. Click on Trackpad
4. Select Scroll & Zoom
5. Make the selection the way you like it

Since you don't mention the Operating System, here are the steps for XP. They're similar in Vista and W7 if you nose around a bit.
Go to Control Panel>Mouse> (now you should be in the "Mouse Properties" window with 2 rows of tabs) > Click the Devices tab and you should see options to enable or disable the Touchpad or the Touchpad Buttons. Under Touchpad click the little circle next to Disable and then below right click on the "Apply" button.
That's it. Enable the pad again whenever you choose in the same window.
Hold menu ( up on the the little circle pad ) and the center button for a couple of seconds until the screen goes blank, then press a button after it goes off to make it come back on. That SHOULD unfreeze it and work as a reset.
