Call and order from Brother at 1-877-276-8437, they will sell you the right one for your machine and they are pretty machine specific.

What happens if the needle breaks?

Extra needles came in the accessory bag. Just unscrew the screw above the presser foot, remove the old needle and put in a new one. These are common sewing machine needles,but the LS2125 will also handle dual needles. There are numerous videos online that show how to do this.
