Charge is flashing only two red lights - Singer Quantum XL-5000 Computerized Sewing Machine

The meaning of red lights flashing on a device called "Futura" is not clear as I am not aware of any specific device with that name. Can you provide more context or information about this device? This indicates a thread break, but if thread is not broken I would rethread the top as there is a thread break sensor on the take up spring that could have been missed in threading. If that does not solve then I would have a look at take up spring and attached sensor

Are you sure you have turned the foot button underneath the machine back to normal stiching and also then again for embroidary and have you placed the protective cover back for normal stiching once you removed the embroidary arm.

I had this problem with my machine. I did not give up. I got my disk out and tried everything again in sequence. I had not turned the sewing part on the arm to embroidery. It is located where the arm slides on. The key is not to give up too quick. If you have the disk watch the video. Always make sure you use the mesh over your thread or the machine will beep with a red light.
I am an advanced sewer but this is one of the poorest machine I ever bought, with little or no help from the Singer Company.

According to Singer guidelines , if there is only red blinking light, then there is an fault inside the machine, unless it reset disconnecting from power.
If there is an error code with format EM-01 - EM-09 tell me which error you get and I should find a fix.
Here is a complete user guide, check pages 90-92 for common errors.
If you have no error message, and light does not go out with power disconnect then it may be a faulty control board.
In this case I suggest doing a last attempt removing all threads, and reset design unplug from power 10/15 mins.

after i looked over the machines thred routing i found a pice of thred jamed in under the top clear plastic panel i took thihs panel off and removed the thred ,cleaned in there put it back togather and it now works fine just what i found hope it works for others
