I have a 2007 sansui plasma tv it is producing voices bt no pics,how can i fix it

Found a panasonic plasma smart, hdtv,1080 p, 60z, on side of the road. picked it up and took it to my repair guy. He told me $200 to fix it. Is it worth it or forget it?

Can't find one available for sale to price.
Can you buy a 50" plasma or any other kind of 50" tv for $200?
Does your repair guy offer warranty on his services?

I have a 42 inch plasma sansui for 3 yrs now and just recently a black line appear in the middle of the tv almost like separating the picture in 2. what could be the cause of this can it be fixed or has it...

I dont believe it could be anything to do with the remote. It sounds to me like some thing is wrong with the line producer. If i was you i would take it to my local TV repair man. It maybe some thing simple.

I found replaing the inveter worked on most of these Tv's that have the band, and or stipres going acrros the Tv. You can also check out this website www.teexp.com and see if they come out to you're area to have it looked at.
