I hope this was resolved but this is a dish page and I am unable to answer Comcast issues.

If you only wish to power the TV off/on with the remote, there is an alternative. Plug the TV into the outlet on the back of the Comcast box. In the Setup Menu for the Comcast box there is an option to make the outlet switched or unswitched. Select SWITCHED then the TV will turn on/off with the Comcast box. The
LC320em9 will maintain the previously selected input.

I had the same problem with my remote. I would enter the code and there would be no response from the remote. I looked up the manual for the other comcast remote and the codes are 5 digits instead of 4. Try codes 10093 or 11602. The reason why there is no response from your remote is because it is waiting for you to enter the last digit of the code. Hope this helps.

Why to ******* yourself with codes, installing etc. I order this Movie Software before a month, and I can tell it is awesome.
