I have a Mini IPad and my Icons got erased by accident how do I get them back

I would try these 2 things:
1- delete the scrabble app. You should be be able to download and reinstall it again.
To delete it, press on the icon until it squiggles, press the small « x » to erase it, then press the Home button to stop the icons from squiggling.
2- reset the memory circuits on your iPad.
To do this : press and hold down both the Home button and the Sleep button (top right corner) until the Apple logo appears. This may take at least 10 seconds, so don't stop pressing the 2 buttons.

You could try #2 first to see if the problem disappears, to save the time to have to erase and download the scrabble app.

On your iPad, open the App Store by tapping its icon.
in the search box at the top, type Alexa.
from the list provided, click the Open button next to the icon for Amazon Alexa, and follow any instructions that may follow. The icon should appear on you iPad, most likely on the last screen of icons (assuming the you have more than one screen of icons). Sweep to the left until you get to the last screen of icons to see it. Then click on the icon to open the app.

Depending on what you want to use it for, you can download various apps from the Apple App store. You can basically tap on any of the icons on the screen and check them out also. To reach the internet, you have to tap the Safari icon.

Select the game icon and keep pressed until it starts to shake.
You will see a tiny delete on the top left of that icon. press that to delete the game/app How to Delete Apps on iPad and iPhone How to Move Icons on iPad Organize...

Hold your finger on the icon until all the icons starting shaking, then drag the icon wherever you want it. When you have it in place, push the home key and the icons will stop shaking.

Hold down your finger on the icon you want to delete, then all the apps will start shaking and a little 'x' will come up in the top right corner of each icon. Just click the little 'x' to delete whichever icon you want

it is one of the most basic things to know for iPad owners:
icons (or Apps) will be deleted if you press for some seconds on it and after it shakes you may delete it in pressing on
What needs to be done to remove an iPad application:

1. hold on to the icon that you wish to uninstall.
2. After some seconds continous pressing, the App icons will begin to shake.
3. Then tap the close button which will be denoted by 'X' symbol on the top left corner on one of the icons you wish to delete
4. You will be prompted whether to delete the application.
5. You will have to click on the delete button.
6. If you wish to re-install the application later again, you will have to go to the App Store and then download again.

When removing those icons you are actually deleting the apps from your ipad. There are some apps built into you ipad and those cannot be deleted.
However you can move them out of sight to another screen.
Or create a folder icon and move them there if you do not use them often.
