Is there a reset button on a vizio lcd 32 in flat screen tv and where would the fuse be located what happen was my husband accidentally touched the usb where it says sevice with a wire and the tv just shut off and since then it will not turn on

Hi Kaycee.
I suggest you try to reset the power to the TV:
Start off by turning the TV off and unplugging it. Press the power button on the side of the TV for 30 seconds. Let go of the power button and plug the TV back in.
Hopefully this will get it working for you.
If this does not solve the problem, you can go to the online video, "How to Power Cycle a VIZIO TV" - see attached video.

The Lg lcd was srtruck by a remote and now looks like a small crak on the inside towards the bottom right hand corner and there is no picture but audio does work

An earlier post of the smaller model of this with the same problem said to remove the metal cover over the power supply.

I have the 26MF231D and it worked great afterward (even though you can't mount it)

SOURCE: Fuse location on Vizio 32 in. flat screen.

You need to take the back off the set, the fuse will be near where the power cord goes into the board

I have found that turning off the power for awhile will work as a temp fix for a couple of days and then just repeat the process.

Vizio 32 inch thin black vertical line on left side of screen

it is very likly you have problem with the buffer boards, sometime help to unplug conector and reconect, also check the smd fuse located on one of the boards since there are 2 buffer E&F.
