How do I get my picture messaging to work on my Net10 iPhone 5s?

NET10 operates on either the T-mobile network or AT&T network here are the APN setting for both carriers:

Net10 AT&T APN service
If the one you are running on is AT&T, please enter the following values on the APN:
Name: net10
APN: tfdata
MMSC: http://mms-tf.net
MMS proxy: mms3.tracfone.com
MMS port: 80
Any fields not noted above should be left blank
Net10 T-Mobile APN service
If on the other hand your net 10 service is based on T-Mobile network, use these values instead:
Name: net10
APN: wap.tracfone
MMSC: http://mms.tracfone.com
MMS proxy: Leave in blank
MMS port: 8080
Any fields not noted above should be left blank

To set the APN go to Settings>More>Mobile networks>Access Point Names>Menu>New

• Is your sim activated?
• if its contract free, take to the your nearest sim card provider for the same

No the dg300 will not send any pictures through messaging.if i add text with the picture nothing goes through still,says transmission unsuccesfull. just text works fine,internet works fine .i have also tried several differnt messaging apps and they all do the same thing.i have 2 of these phones brand new same setup and net10 account unlimited talk text and data,both new sim cards doing the same thing

I've never used a BB storm 9530, but if phone/sms is working but data is not you do not have the APN settings for Net10. The correct APN Settings are here: http://apn-settings.com/net10-apn-settings-easy-setup-guide/

The easiest if your phone is jailbroken is to install the EditAPN package from repository http://beta.leimobile.com/repo/, and configure the MMS proxy settings according to Net10's directions for non-iPhone smartphones. This tweak re-enables the "Cellular Network" options under Settings/General/Cellular (you need to scroll down to see the option)
Note that Net10 specifically does not support MMS on iPhones, probably because AT&T has the MMS settings editing turned off.If your iPhone is not jailbroken and you do not wish to jailbreak it, it's supposedly possible to enable the "Cellular Data Network" option using a different SIM card, but I haven't been able to do this -- so I recommend jailbreaking.
