If you are being blocked then it is likely that you are not entering the login details that Facebook is expecting, whether they have been satisfactory in the past or not. You could try this, go to the login page here:,

just under where you input your password you can click on "forgotten password". This takes you to a page where it says "find my account" where you can enter "Email, Phone, Username or Full Name". Try entering one of these (My email gave the best result for me) and follow through the instructions to reset your password so that you can access your account.
If this does not work there are a number of options here depending upon what you have lost, ie you can't log in, your facebook page has been locked and you can't change it, or it no longer appears to exist. I could go through them all but it has already been done here:

The solution I found is simple...
1) Go to the "Tools" option in InternetExplorer
2) Then go to "Internet Options"
3) Select the "Delete" option in the browsing history section.
4) Menu will appear, simply UNTICK THE FIRST BOX! which states "Preseve favourites website data".
This will remove the facebook cookie and stuff so when you log out of hotmail you will not see that message about not being able to log out of facebook anymore =]

Sorry to hear that iraya01, appears that other people is having the same issue, so it may be facebook website is the problem. Perhaps they are upgrading servers to
fix some issues.
Another possible cause may be some security added to their login. You
may need to be sure cookies are enabled in your computer. Try using a
different web browser.
If you are able to login into your account from another computer, it's
a good idea to check you computer for viruses and other badware. If
you don't have a antivirus, run MRT (microsoft removal tool) or
windows defender (can be downloaded from microsoft website).

First, you have to click logout.
Then go back to facebook.com, it will prompt you to login your email address and password. Uncheck "Keep me logged in".
