Will not start right from the store. It has something to do with the seat switch.

Try shorting the seat switch then try cranking while seated on your mower.

Husqvarna zero turn mower. Starts ok, but when I bring in the right handle the engine dies. The left is ok, I can move it in and go forward slightly with it, but when I engage the right handle the engine...

Your seat safety switch is not working. If the seat switch isn't activated, ie. a person sitting on the seat, the safety system will stop the engine when the levers are engaged. There is probably only one lever safety switch, on the right lever, which is why the left one doesn't kill the engine. Check the seat switch continuity and the wiring for loose connections.

Probably has something to do with the seat switch where it is loosing contact when your body shifts left while making a right turn.

Seats - Third Row
The third row seat:
  • is three-passenger seat.
  • a 60/40 bench seat.
  • folds down for more cargo area.
  • has optional power fold down seats.
Third Row Power-Fold Seat
CAUTION: To prevent possible damage to the third row seat or the safety belts, make sure that the safety belts are not fastened when moving the seat to the load floor position.
CAUTION: Make sure that no objects such as books, purses or briefcases are on the floor in front of the third row seats or on the seat cushion before lowering the backrest(s).
The third row power-fold seat consists of the following electrical components:
  • right third row seat relay.
  • left third row seat relay.
  • right power-fold seat motor.
  • left power-fold seat motor.
  • right front third row seat switch (if equipped).
  • left front third row seat switch (if equipped).
  • right rear third row seat switch.
  • left rear third row seat switch.
For the third row power-fold seat to operate, a shared ground is supplied by the body security module (BSM) to both of the power-fold seat relays, enabling the seats to then be moved by pressing one of the third row power-fold seat switches. The third row power-fold seat operates only when the vehicle is in PARK and the liftgate glass, liftgate door or any entry door must be open.
The third row power-fold seat motors transfer movement to a drive gear assembly to raise and lower the seat backrest. The power-fold seat motors rotate a short drive cable which is connected to the drive gear assembly.
The relay's are located in Aux. relay box #2

It starts and run great but when i let the clutch out it stalls

Assuming the clutch/brake pedal is down when your starting it and you are sitting in the seat when the pedal is let out . I'd almost suspect the seat switch to be your problem or one of the other safety switches, but I'm thinking seat switch if you have access to an ohm meter you should look at that checking resistance values through the switch both (depending on switch style in the seat or mounted in the tractor body under the seat). Both positions if it's in the seat you may need to sit something heavy enough to operate the switch. If values don't change with the meter that should be your problem.

2010 Milan will not start after sitting for over about 3 hours.

This car MIGHT still be under warranty? Have you noticed if the brake lights are stuck on all the time? This sometimes happens when the switch on the pedal sticks or pops out of place.
Something might be draining the battery. A power seat switch can do it.
I'd take it to Ford and ask them if it's under warranty or service bulletin. They might fix it for free and at least they can tell you what's wrong. don-ohio (:^)
