The 3 key and the r key won't work
1) open the buttons and clean underneath them by a toothbrush.
or
2) remove the keyboard (you can see how to remove it online or get back to me if you can't find it) and clean the wire belt gently, maybe something is stuck in there.
or
3) if the above didn't work and you don't want to spend money on a new keyboard, try using a keyboard app.
or
4) the best desperate solution (which i used to solve my problem) is to use SHARP KEY app, which enables you to switch a key to an alternative, less used button.
