go to youtube type your tablet mmake and model google bypass there should be a few videos and it will show step by step how to go through it you do not need a computer so you can bypass then videos on youtube
You can get an adapter cable that will fit into the tablet's USB port. It's called an OTG cable. With that, you can hook up cellphones, digital cameras, thumb drives, SD card readers and many more things. The best way to do that would be to get an adapter OTG cable and a card reader. You can also transfer it to a computer and then to the SD card. If you don't have a card reader most digital cameras will work as one. Hook the camera to a ps and look for it in my computer folder. (works on macs also) and opens it. There you can put any file on the SD card. If using an OTG adapter to just hook it to the device's USB port and go to your file manager app. I would recommend an app called ES File Explorer. it makes it simple to find files on Android devices. Once you locate the drive (usually it's called USBDRIVEA) just transfer the music. Here is a link to a video that will help. I take no credit of video.
(Using a WIFI Hotspot is definitely recommended. Connecting your 4G USB dongle to the Nexus 7 will drain the battery quickly since the USB is using the Nexus's battery to power on. This is what I use) but here's how to get your 4g usb dongle to work Your device must be rooted, and you would need a USB OTG cable/adapter. Here's an example of an OTG USB cable -This app should work on any nexus 7 and it is very simple just install the app and enter your apn of your operator connect your dongles via otg cable and it will work the app available on google play store called ppp widget here is the link it is for rooted device
