So to answer your question, there could be a number of possible problems. Some tablets around this price range are known to have issues with WiFi and/or Other wireless connections. I have looked at some reviews on Amazon and it has been a know problem for this tablet not connecting to wireless services. Most of the time you can try to restart and/or factory resetting (If you factory reset I suggest creating a backup if you have an information you need to keep). If their is a warranty I suggest either sending or taking it back to where you bought it from as it could be either a fixable problem or it could just be a "dud". I hope I was helpful!

I had this same tablet...unfortunately, a big mistake. I called nomorerack and returned it. they sent me an M2000..almost as bad. I cut my losses and bought a real tablet...an Google nexus 7 2013...best thing i ever bought!! I wish I had better news for you Lisa...sorry!

Return the tablet and keyboard to the supplier and get your money back

Return it via your supplier, if you think that it is faulty.

1. Press your device's Home button.
2. Press your device's Menu button.
3. Tap Settings (or System Settings).
4. Tap Application Manager (or Apps).
5. Scroll to find the app you want to clean up, then tap the app icon.
6. Tap Force Stop.
7. Tap Clear Cache. Try using the app again to see if it's working fine.
8. Still experiencing a problem? Go through steps 1-6, and then tap Clear Data.
   • Clearing the app data will remove any custom options and settings.
