By default it is enabled already. If you are trying to connect your nextbook to a TV, try this: To link to the television, simply plug the HDMI cable into the tablet and then into the TV's HDMI port. Following the connection, a HDMI notification pop-up will show on the Nextbook's screen. Select it and choose to mirror content displayed on the Nextbook screen. Next, make sure the TV is set to HDMI input, and what's on the tablet should be mirrored on the television.
Yes, you can either "cast screen" using the TV settings as well as the Tab button (providing your TV is fairly modern and with that feature)
But the easiest way is to buy a HDMI cable with a micro HDMI/USB from your phone on one end that converts up to the standard size HDMI...plug and play (just adjust the input port on your TV menu)
Depends on whether your tablet has USB to HDMI ability. You can also buy a converter however they require USB 3.0 and your tablet must have that capability.
Just going to go through steps.
1. mIni hdmi to to tablet
2. hdmi on other end of cable to a hdmi input on tv.
3. go to input on tv and change input where you plugged in hdmi.
4. start your tablet. what ever is on your tablet will now show up on tv. (home screen, movies, e-mail, etc.)
Just a reminder, you have to switch input on tv each time.
GOOD LUCK

This is hard to define initially as there are so
many ways to achieve this depending on what type of television you have
and what video outputs your computer offers. You may also find that you
only want to attach the stereo, and leave the TV disconnected, or vice
versa.
.HDMI - High Definition Multimedia Interface: Ideally
we will all have an HDMI connection on both our television and video
card, but most likely don’t have it on either. Many new LCD screen and
Plasma displays offer this mother of connections. They are also
becoming a little more popular on Video cards. This will give you the
highest quality signal. This format can also carry audio. This is very
easy to connect from one device to another. It offers the same video
quality as a DVI.
