I had same problem,I took sparkplug out, cleand with wire brush thenchecked for a proper gap on the plug.I then made sure it had good spark by placeing plug in the rubber connector, and while holding just the rubber part of plug, place other end by metal part on saw and pull as if to start, you should see the plug sparking, if not you have internal probs. if you have good spark take a cap full of gas, pour into plug cavity and try to start again, by the way my problem was dirty plug and wrong mix in my gas. good luck.
