It may not work at all on Vista, many programs and hardware do not. (scanners and printers etc. -- no new drivers)
Is there any way to update the program?
Go to the company website, check for Vista compatibility.
You may have to purchase an updated program.

Why will my 5 year old Toshiba Regza 42RV530U no longer fill the screen on all HDTV (cable) broadcasts (I replace the Comcast digital converter, which didn't help), but when I play DVD movies it works

Change your resolution settings on your computer by right clicking on the desktop and going to properties or screen resolution depending on your version of Windows. If you can not find a suitable one you will need to update your video card drivers. This can be done by going to the Toshiba website and clicking on software/drivers.

I bought a Dell laptop about a year ago specifically because I was told it came with Microsoft Office Student pre-installed. Up until recently, it has worked perfectly, no problems whatsoever. About a...

Normally when you purchase a computer most of them come with the trail version of office 2007 / 2010 which would be valid for 60 day but as you are saying it was working for 14 months then your computer has come with a full version of office 2007 i would suggest you to check with the disc which came along when you purchased the computer they might have come with a product key of office 2007 & if you are able to find the media /CD then you can call microsoft and they would be generating a new product key based on the part number which is on the back of the CD.
If you do not have the CD / Media then you have to purchase the software or you can download a cracked version of office 2007 from the below link and use the product key

Well it sounds like a combo of both. Definitly get the battery replaced again. The phone itself probably needs new software. take it your service provider's corp store to get the software updated.

Windows Updates will not download...

Version 10.04 will not fix the problem with Windows Updates, and 10.04 will only update from a 10.03 version. Its not recommended unless you're using Fax Sharing and Windows XP.

Its possible you've overwrote some important system files in the process of copying files, but WinFax itself would not cause the problem.

Sony KP-53V85

My unit is 9 years old, almost 10 (in 2 months) and started the same a couple of months ago. The only way to fix it is to have them serviced by a tech and replace the projectors. Its just the age/use of the unit catching up with it.

Many resellers sold them with an offer to sell you an optional maintence service where they would fix/clean/replace the projectors for upto 5 years after purchase. I'm not sure if they even have the parts anymore since these tv's are no longer produced. After market repairs are likely to cost as much as or nearly as much as buying a new flat screen tv.
