Try again , Sould have told you why it could not process payment, if New Card , then might be a problem , but if you have Account Card already set up to cover purchases, should noy have a problem. Final might have had problems as to many trasactions at 1 tme.
Check your account, if you hadn't overpassed the limit of your account. Sometimes banks get "jumpy" for a few dollars of difference! If everything is ok, try again.
