Hey Lisa, that's a great question!
From my understanding an "E53" error code continues to display on your Frigidaire washer when you attempt to start it. An "E53" code stands for low voltage to the speed control. This could be a problem with your main control board or speed control board it could also be a miscommunication within the two boards. To help clear out any miscommunications you can perform a reset to reset your washer you can disconnect power from it for at least ten minutes. If the reset does not help correct the issue you might want to schedule a technician for proper replacement of the electrical components. Best of luck! -Matt
Hello friend, thank you for your post!
Please help me understand the question you are asking about your Frigidaire washer. Is your washer cutting on and off? Or is it coming on without any one pushing start? Is it flashing an error code? Thank you for any additional information you can provide. I look forward to your response. -Matt
Hello friend, thank you for the post!
I understand that your Frigidaire washer, ATF6000ES, continues to cycle after your wash is complete. Sounds like it could possibly be an issue with your control panel or sensor either one may not be communicating that the wash cycles have been completed. Since it maybe either one of these underlying issues, I would recommend having a technician come out to the home to diagnose and repair your washer. I hope this is helpful. -Matt
Hello - Generally speaking, there is not a paddle on a front load washer however there is a "vane" which is where the water comes out of. What issue is the unit experiencing exactly? Can you tell me if it is displaying any specific error codes? If I know more information on what the issue is, I can try to better assist you further.
