Need to know how many cubic feet my frig is so I can compare when shopping for another.

The Whirlpool WRS325FSAW04 has a 24.5 cubic foot capacity. This is given in the dimension guide available through the manuals search page: https://www.whirlpool.com/services/manuals.html . Measure it.

Open the refer door, measure the clear interior width, heigth and depth.
Divide by 1728 (number of cubic inches in a cubic foot).
Answer is in cubic feet (gross, ignore icemakers, bins, etc.).
Do the same for freezer side.

Go to Kenmore. com and "contact us". That's what they're there for!

Should be a sticker on the back of the unit, most times they only state make and model number. You may have to enquire from Kenmore for cubic feet if it is not stated on the sticker.

the model number matches in all but the number 1 after "a". hope it helps.

Normally the first two numbers in the model number are the cubic feet. You have posted 2 model numbers, on appears to be 21 cubic feet and the other is 17 cubic feet.

Just measure the the inside of the fzr and frige and multiply length x width x hieght this will give you your cubic feet. (you will have to convert inches to feet) It sounds like your defrost timer, heating element in freezer, or the Hi temp sensor for the defrost cycle is bad more than likely the timer or element. good luck
